Final Number Adjustments:
A final headcount for goodie bags should be confirmed 3 weeks before the event.
Any reductions after this date may not result in a refund, and increases are subject to availability and expedited fees.
Substitutions: The provider reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if supply chain issues arise.
Shipping Fees: The quoted price includes shipping.
Cancellation Terms: If the event is cancelled, the initial deposit is forfeited to cover work already done (e.g., procurement, branding).
