Cornucopia Emporium only deliver to the UK.
Standard delivery within 3-5 working days.
All orders are dispatched during our business hours Monday to Friday.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.
WHITE LABEL LEAD TIME
Our White Label Service lead times vary depending on the specific order and stock availability, typically ranging from one week for in-stock items to 6 weeks for made-to-order products. We strive to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards for our services.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you change your mind about your purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward refund and exchange policy in order to build trust and reassure you that you can buy with confidence.
We are more than happy to provide a full refund for unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of the returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email and will receive your refund within 30 days. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly, dependent on the speed of processing by your bank.
